We are excited to announce that our Salon and Spa is included in Phase 3 of Malta Reopening plan. As of Friday, June 5th we will be open for services. In addition to our usual high standards of maintaining a clean environment, we have updated our procedures for cleaning and sanitation to ensure the safety of our Salon and Spa. We have also set up new distancing standards to increase protection for both clients and staff.
GENERAL RULES FOR SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS
Per government regulations waiting rooms and lounge areas are closed. You must wait outside until the time of your appointment.
Clients should arrive on time and wearing a mask, if they do not have one, one will be provided for them.
Client temperatures will be checked via touchless thermometer at our main reception. Anyone with a temperature over 99 will be asked to reschedule.
Due to limited capacity, our cancellation policy will remain the same to require 48 hours notice to avoid charges on your next appointment.
Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have a temperature above 99.
You will not be charged for late cancellations if you are not feeling well. We will be servicing appointments only. We will not be accepting walk-ins until further notice.
Coats or Bags will not be taken by staff until further notice.
No beverages, snacks or magazines will be available until further notice, you can however bring your own.
You cannot wait for other clients. You can only be in the Salon or Spa during your service time. No guests or pets are allowed to come with you for your appointment.
SALON AND SPA
All Stylists and Therapists have been Barbicide Covid-19 Certified and Covid- 19 Tested.
All Stylists and Therapists will wear the following: masks, face shields/protective eyewear, gloves + disposable aprons. These will be changed in between each client.
Hand sanitizer has been placed throughout salon and spa.
We have upgraded our Barbicide approved tool disinfectant.
Clients will stay in the Stylist’s station or Spa Therapy room throughout their appointment including colour processing time, with the only exception of their shampoo experience.
Masks are mandatory for all Guest Relations and team members.
Check out at Reception: We will charge your credit card.
Tips: Will be encouraged and recommended for your Stylists and Therapists.
Plexiglass partitions have been installed at the Front Reception Desk.
Markings have been placed on the floors at the Front Desk to allow 6’ social distancing.
Retail products will be wiped down before given to clients.
