In addition to the high standards of hygiene already practiced in our Spa & Salon, we have implemented additional sanitization and social distancing measures to protect the health and safety of clients and team members.
We strongly advise immune-compromised, at risk, and vulnerable persons (65+ and under 18 years old) including pregnant and nursing mothers as well as persons with respiratory and heart diseases to avoid scheduling your appointment at this time.
When booking an appointment at Soul Solutions Spa, you are agreeing to the entire spa policies.
Treatments are available by appointment only.
Only the person with the appointment is allowed in the Spa, no companions are allowed in at this time in an effort to keep enforcing Social Distancing.

Please bring your face masks, or we have the right to refuse service with no refund. It is mandatory for all guests to wear a face mask inside. Masks are also available for purchase.
All clients and team members will have mandatory symptom screenings upon entering Soul Solutions Spa as additional health and safety precautions. All will be asked to take their temperature upon arrival with touch-less forehead thermometers and sanitise their hands.
All team members are wearing face masks or visors at all times. Gloves are worn when required.
Massage and body treatments: Your mask must be kept on during your entire service apart from lying face down.
Facial: specific protocols throughout service are applied to ensure the safety of clients and skin therapists. The protective glass is used during treatment.
Manicure: Partitions for Social Distancing Safety is used for manicure treatments.
Our facility is properly cleaned, sanitized, disinfected before the start, in-between every single client, and at the closing of each day using only high-grade disinfectants. We are strictly following the local health department procedures.
Each treatment room is thoroughly sanitized after each client. We have allotted 15 minutes of cleaning time between clients to ensure everything is above and beyond sanitation and disinfection requirements for service implements and all high touch surfaces.
Spa facilities can be used for 60-minute sessions and need to be reserved in advance or on booking your spa appointments. Every 60 minutes facilities are being sanitized and disinfected.
We will no longer have testers of products at this time due to contamination concerns.
We encourage contactless payment transactions where possible.
